Nope, don't even have one in our home.

NO, and I hate it.. I really want one, but the one for the van would be almost 500.00 and I can't rationalize that much money for a cd player...

2012 Goals
Use the vegetables from my garden and learn to preserve.
Cut down on all unnecessary things.
Free is best.
Get the garage completely cleaned out. Half done-Until BIL and SIL stored their stuff--now back to square 1.
Make the yards nice-weed, mow, plant, flowerbeds,etc.
Stay home more/eat out less if at all.
FIND A NEW JOB!!!

No. Our van's entertainment package came with a tv (in the ceiling) and a VCR (btw the two front seats). I do have a $20 portable dvd player that we sometimes plug in the van so they can watch dvds, but it's kind of ungainly and there's no place to set it.
Right now, they aren't watching anything in the van because the LCD screen stopped working and we are waiting for the replacement part to be ordered. Thankfully it fell under the warranty.
With our very dark tinted windows the only time the tv can be seen by other people on the road is when it's dark and if they are behind us and right on our back bumper.

We have a portable one that is in a case with a car jack. Don't hate me, but I love it.

I have a portable one I take with me to the Dr with the grandkids... I am thankful for it it keeps them entertained

Me too!! Right now I am using it BUT on long trips (like the 8 tp 10 hour ones we take) we use it!!

I don't. I've got some serious issues with them. Being in the car is one time when the whole family is together without any distractions. I like to use that time to really talk and play games and just "be" together. Even on long trips. We survived an 8-hour trip to Ohio and 8-hours back without one. It was a great trip!
