Question Do you know your next door neighbours

Yup I know them all. When we lived in the city, I knew 6 different families that surrounded us.

I know all my neighbors, I only have 3 nearby and one set is my inlaws. All the neighbors are at least 5 acres away from us.

I know my immediate neighbors really well, since they all have kids my kids age... I know the other neighbors by site, so if there is anything suspicious, I know... Some people call it nosey, I call it being attentive to my street... We live on a cul-de-sac, so especially during the summer I keep an eye out on the traffic, with all the kids out and all...

Sure we do-- even though the nearest neighbors are over 1/2 mile away.

We don't socialize a lot-- but get together at least once a year for my hayride /weiner roast. . . ., exchange Christmas goodies. . . and whenever the other one might need a hand with something.

way too much about the one to the west, the one to the north too. But the one to the south we are friendly with, and we like them real well.

Yes we know them all, don't necessarily like them all but we know them! We do get together with 3 other couples every other week to play poker and we have lots of block parties throughout the year.

Yes we know them all. The lady right next door to me isn't too nice either. We just moved to this house in Jan 05. We had a huge snowstorm and I was out shoveling the driveway (common drive way, hard to explain). She flipped out on me because I was shoveling her side of it. I was just trying to be nice, I had already finished our side and all of a sudden I heard screaming. I just looked at her and responded "Are you crazy or something" I dropped the shovel and walked into my house.

The rest of my neighbors are really nice

No. Funny...our town is called "The Community of Caring." I wave at everyone who drives by. No one waves back. No one says hi. No nothing!

I know all but two sets of neighbors. We live in a sort-of rural area on a dead-end road and there are only 9 houses along it. Three of the houses (including mine) are pretty far apart (several acres). At the end of the road where there are 6 of the 9 that sit about an acre apart from each other. That group of houses is several curves and hills away from us and can't even be seen from our place, but they all have to drive by our place to go to town.

No I don't know any of them. We live in a building with 4 apartment. The one on the right of us is empty and the one on the left someone just moved in. We've only been here since October. We don't know the other guy either.

We know the neighbors on each side of us, it's a small town, so pretty much everyone knows each other!!
