How old were you when you started wearing makeup and when....
Will you let your dd wear makeup (if you have one).
I was 12 when I started wearing makeup, although I had to put it on after I left my home. My dad was against me wearing makeup.
Both my dd's were allowed to experiment with makeup when they were 12, and allowed to wear it at 13 as long as it was wasn't too overly made-up.52 week money challenge - $41.00

My parents wouldn't allow us to wear makeup so I didn't until after I graduated from high school!!
My dd is 18 now and I let her experiment with it around 13 or 14 but she has never really liked wearing it. She wears a little now but not very much.

12 or 13, can't quite remember. I pretty much hate the stuff (although concealer is nice)

Didn't do a good job of putting it on though!

I was 13. My mother asked me if many girls in my class wore makeup yet. Then she bought me a small kit with everything in it. Mascara was quite the challenge. I loved the foundation. I couldn't believe how much better my skin looked with that stuff. I was amazed lol

I don't have any daughters.

I was 13, I wore some when I was bridesmaid to my aunty, just lipstick and face powder. Didn't use it much after that until I started work at 15.

I was very young. About 10-11, had an older sister in high school. My daughter has just started wearing it, she is 12. However I do police colors and how much she wears.

I never worried with the stuff. I wear it for photos, going out sometimes with family, to weddings and that sort of thing other than that if I do wear it I make it look natural and not like I am wearing any. As for Paige, I'll just tell her, if she thinks she needs it fine, she can start in HS but if she doesn't need it, why waste her money on....in other words, if she wants she has to pay for it.

I would secretly wear makeup in 6th grade...mom didnt approve.
My Dd is 12 and I just recently allowed her to wear lip gloss and clear mascara. My Dh doesnt want her wearing ANY makeup til she's 16
Ds is worse than a girl at times...he MUST have his cologne, mousse and hairspray EVERY DAY!
and he's VERY picky about the clothing he wears.
