When I was 26 a couple people thought I was 18. This is a good thing right?

Not for a long time now. I have a sister who is 11 years younger than I am and when we went out together people would ask which one of us were older. That was in my 30's now I am in my mid 40's and they have stopped asking.

I was with a friend picking up a b-day cake for her son, he was turning 16, well anyways the cashier asked me if I was excited to finally be old enough to get my drivers license! I was 25. It made me feel good then, so I can only imagine how good it will make me feel "if" it ever happens when I'm older!

I'm still at the age that this annoys me I'm going to be 25 this year and people still tell me I look 16 or 17. Frankly, I think that's just crazy but I guess I'll like it when I'm older.

Several times actually! The funniest is when everyone thinks I'm younger than my husband! I'm actually several years older than him.

quite often . Everyone thoinks DH is older than me - he is 2 years younger. It used to be really annoying when I was younger as I used to get asked for ID.

I remember a few years ago - I was probably around 29 when Ciara was really tiny and this man came to the door, trying to sell insurance..he asked me if my mum was there .

And last week I was at school with one of the other Mums who is about 8 years older than me. I was chatting to one of the resource teachers and she turned to my friend and asked her if she was my mum!!!, that was really funny ( but not for my friend who was a bit put out!LOL)

All the time, when I was in my teens and twenties it wasn't funny, but it sure is now.

All the time. When I was 21, the lady who did my license said I looked like I was 14 or 15
Made for some strange looks when I was pregnant w/ #4 (at age 26-27) and walking around the grocery store w/ three little ones

Quite often. Somtimes something would come up about my teen daughter, then the inevitable age question and shock cause they though I was early 20's. I'm 34. Or when I'm out with dd and her friends ask about 'her sister'. Sometimes funny, sometimes makes her mad. LOL then just this past Christmas an older guy was saying over and over how I haven't aged in 20 years. Saying this right in front two of my sisters, my mom and cousin. He didn't say anything to them. That made my week!

    Bring on them baby steps...
    Step 1: done
Step 2: waiting on amount, hubby had followup colonoscopy, I had visit to ER with followup procedure
Step 3: to follow, won't know aim until things settle
Step 4: to follow, currently at 6%
    Step 5: grown child
    Step 6: huge mortgage ANNIHILATED!!
    Step 7: ahhhh....

Happily, yes. I just turned 34 and people at work were shocked...they thought I was in my late twenties.
