Resurfacing
Well, ladies, it's been quite an interesting month.
Most of you don't know me that well on a personal level, but I've been trying to deal with a real mess of a marriage for quite some time. My husband is a good man and a very kind person... if the universe continues to rotate specifically around him and he doesn't have to do anything. We've been working on trying to solve things for quite some time, but in the end, it came down to the fact that neither of us were happy with each other anymore. So we decided to take a break from each other. I packed up and moved out.
I moved to a city two hours away and currently I live with my brother and his roommate. I have a new job, working as a receptionist at an insurance office. I also started a relationship with my best friend, and it's going along wonderfully. I feel healthier, livelier, and fresher than I ever have before. In short, I am happy, after nearly three years of misery.
What will happen in the future? I'm not sure. I don't think I'll be returning to my husband. I have found a life that I love here.
Things just seem to be falling into place.
Bright Blessings! If you're interested in frugal living, minimalism and and

It's always rough when a marraige is not doing well. It's hard on both. But it seems like you've both trying your best.
It was a tough decision to end my first marraige- considering I had 3 small children and I was in nursing school full-time. But the children and I were better off for it. Not saying it was easy.
In hindsight, I think we both needed a little growing up to do- which my dh2 helped me to do.
DH2 and I separated for 6months when were married for 7 yrs. It was the most saddest time of my life. But the good news is... we both realized that we wanted and loved each other. So this time away from you dh will tell you what you need to know.
