    Default What time is bed time

    What time do you get up?

     

    I've had probs sleeping for a few years.Bedtime is really just when ever but most of the time its around 12-1 am. I get up at 6 to get 2 of the kids off the school back in bed by 7 and up usually around 9-10....sometimes later.

     

    I SOOOOOOOOOOOOO need a better sleep schedule.

    I usually go to sleep anywhere between 11 and 2. (The med I just stopped taking didn't help any, I can tell you that.) I get up anywhere between 8 and 10:30. Not great, but since I work 2nd shift, it could really be a lot worse.

    Bed anywhere from 11 to 1:00.

    Up around 8 to 9, depending on the day. Weekends I like to sleep a bit later.

    Bed time is around 9-10, and I get up most days at 5:30, sometimes 6:00. If I'm being really bad, I stay until 6:30.

    In the winter 8:30-9:30 any other time 9-9:30. I get up between 4:30 and 5:15 when DH's alarm goes off.

    We're up so early, bedtime is never later than 10. We try to get the kids in bed by 8.

    I go to bed by 10pm most weeknights. Sometimes I stay up late on Wednesday nights watching CSI NY, but even then it's only until 11pm. I'm up for the day at 6 or 6:30am. No going back to bed for me.

    On the weekends if I sleep later than 7:30 I have a hard time going to sleep that night.

    On weeknights I generally go to bed around 10:00-11:00 PM. During the week I'm up at 7:00 AM. I work three miles away and all I need to do is shower and dress. I make coffee and have breakfast at work. On weekends I go to bed around 12:00-1:00 and get up about 8:00 AM. Monday mornings are rough because I'm a night owl, always have been.

    My sleeping pattern has been thrown totally off track. I go to bed anywhere from 12 to 2 and get up around 8 or 9. If I take any meds to make me go to sleep I will sleep for around 12-16 hours Way too much sleep!!

    During the week I am in bed by 10 sometimes a little later, I am up at 5:30 to get everyone up and out the door for work/school.

    On weekends I tend to stay up really late!! I sleep in until the kids get up on the weekends as well!!

    Same here! I have trouble sleeping due to some medical issues and medications I'm on,so,in order to sleep any at all,I take 10 mg Ambien. I'm trying to wean myself from that (which isnt working very well) by taking Lunesta,which isnt a narcotic as Ambien is.

    Anyways...If I could,I'd sleep 14-16 hours

     

    I mostly only have time for myself at night when everyone is in bed. So, I tend to wanna stay up late.
