Around 8, but I never get it. I'm always drowsy around 3-4 pm.

Many more than I'm currently getting.

Actually, I think I probably require about 7 or 8, uninterrupted hours to really feel refreshed.

At least 8 but enjoy more. I'm awake a couple times so this isn't straight through.

I do best with 8. Why is it during the week when the alarm goes off I feel like I could sleep forever, but on the weekends I wake up about the same time and can't go back to sleep?

Minimum 8 but I love getting 9 or 10 (not that it happens often!). Shameful, I know

I do better with 9 but usually get about 7.5, with waking up in the early a.m. and not getting to go back to sleep very soon.

I guess I am a bit of an odd ball . I only require 4 hours a night. If I get a full 8 or more I am groggy the entire morning after waking up.

I need at least 8 or 9, but it could be less, since I wake up 5 or 6 times a night. I'm sure if I could sleep straight through, I'd only need 6 or 7!
