Talking Taxes have been filed and accepted

Joe and I both got our W-2's this Friday and earlier in the week we got the reciept from day care so I did our taxes Friday night. The Daycare info was in Joe's car so as soon as he got home last night I did that part and e-filed them. We got a message saying it would take up to 3 day's to see if they were accepted and I've already got the e-mail this morning saying they were. All we have left to do is mail the form that the site told us to print out and mail as soon as the return was accepted. Guess I'll mail it tomorrow.

We were thinking of doing it last year but felt wierd imputting all our personal info to some site. So it was pen, forms & calculator again this year. I just play quietly on the puter while my personal accountant Jack prepares them & I just sign, lol.

I have a tuition deduction that can't be entered until after the first, apparently, so I'll be Filing this week, I hope. I really can't wait to do it, I'm actually looking forward to paying off more of my debt

I started inputting our info last night. I will finish it up tonight, print it out and mail it off.

I love the free tax preparation sites too. We used the same one last year and didn't have a problem.

I hope you get your refund back just as fast!

My husband always takes care of that. Thank goodness. If it is to do with the computer or something mechanical or taxes I leave those things to him
