    Default Newbie In Canada

    Hello everyone! My name is Christine. I'm in Ontario, Canada. I absolutely LOVE this site!! I've already learned so much and I really enjoy the friendly atmosphere here.

    I'm an avid crafter......mostly crochet, but I'm also a whiz with a hot glue gun! I read anything I can get my hands on....right now I'm reading The Circle Of Simplicity....over and over and over! LOL

    My latest attempt at being kind to the earth is by using the plastic grocery bags I've collected in a giant wad as material for crocheting. I hope to have a pic of my final creation extraordinaire to share soon! One mighty grocery shopping bag comin' up!

    I seen somewhere on the net where someone made a blanket out of the plastic bags. I crochet too, but the plastic bags look hard!! Can't wait to hear more about it!!
