Our Evening
Well, our evening didn't quite go as planned. We spent from 7:30-10:30 in the Emergency room with Ingrid. She pulled a bowl off the table and seriously sliced her thumb. We put pressure, gauze, band-aids, etc, but it looked bad so we went to the ER. Of course we waited, and waited, and WAITED and then a dr. saw her and patched her right up in a matter of minutes.
I'm so greatful that she wasn't seriously injured. The Dr. thinks it should heal quickly. You could hardly tell anything had happened, by her actions. She was walking around the waiting room "chatting" with everyone and making people happier.
Maybe that's why we were there, to make others' wait not as bad.
