    Default Need a lemonade pitcher..

What is that....when life gives you lemons...lol...

A couple of weeks ago, we used our tax money to have a new heat pump unit put inside and new vent lines ran...we also had vents put in our den, laundry room, and upstairs (there was not heat/air vents ran there). We decided to not get a new outside unit because it is newer and wanted to save money on the project..... well last night the outside unit tore up.... the guy came to day and fixed it... it was $188 ($93 for labor-I'm in the wrong business..lol). At least it wasn't a really huge amount and we can hold on to the outside unit a while longer...

On a good note, the new inside stuff is great.... we used to keep it on 72-80 and at times was still cold.... now its 65 all the time and nice and toasty.... we also don't have to use the "hotel heater" that was in the den anymore....

I'm sorry you had a repair bill so soon after your new stuff was installed-- how frustrating! Glad to hear it was repair-able (is that a word?) though!

Glad it's working out for you Cornelia. Not fair for the sneak attack by the outside unit.
