Default Beautiful crisp day here! What did you get done?

I just had to share what we got accomplished today.

We are turning the old chicken yard into the new dog yard. Our girls have never been able to run. They are always in a leash. We have been re-vamping the old chicken yard for them. There was a lot of work to make it dog proof. The whole fam. was out hauling and burning. In just a couple of more weeks we should have it done for them. I hope they appreciate this.

Alex and I also did a lot of raking. Our tall pine trees are lovely but leave a big pine mess. Michael did a bunch of cutting too. We should have plenty of wood to last us the rest of the winter/cold season.
Tomorrow it is supossed to be about 60* and I want to do the laundry and get the grocery shopping done.

What did you do today, and what do you have planned for tomorrow?

I washed all the slipcovers and bedding. Treated our animals for fleas, dishes, several loads of laundry, Mending, and (my favorite part) Bargain Shopping! Its been a good day.

Tomorrow I plan on going to church, and hanging a shelf that I bought today. Thats all. I'm going to take it easy tomorrow.

It was a stunning day here in British Columbia. My husband poured part of our driveway in our new house. We brought him a great big lunch with treats and I played with my daughter. We threw rocks and jumped in puddles. Fun day!

I gave the furniture in our bedroom a good dusting, vacuumed the carpet in our bedroom and closet, washed and dried our sheets and put them back on our bed, washed the bathmats in our bathroom, washed the light colored clothes, cleaned the bathtub and the shower, cleaned the toilet in our bathroom and in the 1/2 bath, watched "A Christmas Carol" while finishing up a Christmas ornament I was making out of plastic canvas and started a cardinal ornament.

This past week, I've done a lot of work de-cluttering my home, so I thought that I should do some stuff for me today. I was sure to include pampering myself amongst some of my chores.

    1. Posted some stuff for sell on ebay
    2. Took out the trash
    3. Soaked my feet in a pan of baby oil while watching Matrix Revolutions.
    4. Finished up all my laundry.
    5. Started painting pictures for the bare wall over my desk.
    6. Gave myself a facial.
    7. Shredded old receipts and bill papers.
    8. Went to the dollar store and bought some freezer bags.

    Tomorrow's plans:
    1. Finish the paintings.
    2. Finish shredding papers.
    3. Organize my messy c.d.'s.
    4. Post more stuff on ebay.
    5. Box up what I've sold.
    6. Hang up a plant I bought.
    7. Clean the kitchen.
    8. Clean the bathroom.
    9. Take a nice long shower. (It would be a bath, but I'm so big now that if got down in the tub, I wouldn't be able to get out!!)
