    Default UPDATE on baby LEXI

    Well baby Lexi is 30 days old now and weights 2 plbs 11 ozs. Her blood infection is better. Her lung infection is still bad. Mommy says sh has puffy cheeks, and you can't see her ribs anymore. she is still on a respirator. Its at 21%.

    I'm so glad that things are looking better for little Lexi Fern and she has survived against all odds. I pray that she wil continue to improve.

    I'm glad she is doing okay. The NICU is a long journey and you have to take all the good news you can get! I know my triplets were born at 30 weeks and spent 6 weeks, 8 weeks and 9 weeks there it is a LONG journey......

    I am praying for this family.

    Oh, Fern, that is great news to here concidering the situation, Lexi is very obviously a little fighter and I am so proud of her. It takes a tremendous amount of hope, faith, stregnth, prayers and miracles and she truly has all of that in her! Granted Lexi has a very long road ahead but may she know what a special miracle she also is and continue to fight and get stronger everyday.
    Prayers and good thoughts continue for your dfamily for the strength, love and hope to help Lexi on this path!
