    Talking We are finally do it......

    Joe and I are officially looking for a house.

    We went and looked at 3 yesterday and we are going to look at few more next Monday evening.

    He asked what I wanted incase he looked up more while I was at work.....I told him the main thing with gas the way it is, I don't want to have to drive any further if possible.

    Anyway's I'll keep you ladies posted on how things go. We hope to go from renters to owners by the end of the summer.

    Keep your fingers crossed for us.

    I am not sure of the market where you are, but if you wait to look right before school starts, most of the home prices go down a bit as many people want to move before they have to transfer theirs kids schools
    Just a hint

    Thats for sure. There was one that was great on the outside, in our price range and in a great neighborhood. Well, Joe looked at the virtual tour and everything (countertops included) were shades of pink so we decided to mark that one off our "To see" list....lol
