more probs.
Guess what?
The truck wouldn't start this morning. Hubby thinks its the fuel pump. beacuse 1 month ago we had to get all new spark plugs and something else was cracked, don't know what. It did cost last time over $500 on th card, had no money put away. This time hubby called the parts store and said our make and model of pump is in the gas tank. welllllllllllllll
thats means this could end up to over $400 to $500 again. This is a 2002 Ford. I knew we should of bought a chev.

Oh, bless your heart. I know sometimes it feels like when it rains, it pours. Take a deep breath, Honey. Take it one day at a time and I would concentrate on the sick child and don't worry yourself sick. Saying a prayer for you.

I can Empathize!!!! We've been in murphy's boat for just over two years now and boy would I like to jump ship!
Breathe deep and take it one day at a time....I know how easy it is to panic..... take stock of all your resouces.....cut back immediately everywhere you can.... attack the problem logically.... I am a master blackbelt in financial survival tactics now and so are many others on this site. So read and study.....
it is amazing how much info is here!

My heart goes out to you. Murphy has visited our house more than a few times. I look for him to show up at any minute. Hugs and prayers hon. But, please remember that it will pass, and you'll be much stronger and wiser because of it.

cheryl, ur too funny lol lol i told that one to my hubby
Everyone thanks I needed some venting, I'm so glad I have someone to chat about my probs. Hubbys so disgusted. he tried every avenue today to borrow, well it aint going to happen unless we win lottery, which we never play lol
I guess he'll have to lower payments right away on the truck, that'll help some. And cut some things off around here. I hope it aint the net lol
Some bills will just have to get minume payments for awhile, and its only next tues, EI check comes in, so I'm trying to get kids to stay out of fridge all the time, and stop eating all the good stuff first lol
Youngest slept all morn. better this afternoon. Well he's sick again tonite. Just before bed. So either its the apple juice from Life brand(they didnt process it right) or its his nerves beacuse he's been out of school for too long.
I asked him if he wanted to go back tommorrow , he says yes. hE told us 15 minutes ago, he just feels like he wants to puke again. I'm going back downstairs right now, hubbys with him., to check and see if he has any fever.?
well thanks again ladies, Ur all great
God Bless Ya

my goodness...you sure need a hug
I know what you're going through... hubby has been unemployed since a week before Christmas, barely floating on the tax return & whatever the older 3 kids are making at their part time jobs. Had a set back of $663 b/c of the fuel pump on our only vehicle(Chevrolet...should of bought a Ford)....expecting our 10th baby in July(dh lost his job after we found out)..and now the icing on the cake...just like you.....all nine kiddos have been sick with something or another since January(littler ones catching it in the church nursery & bringing it home to the rest of us...worst season in years).....now its a tummy bug that just does not want to let go....I swear if this trend keeps going like this with my family, the government will be declaring an epidemic.lol......thankful that we no longer have carpet in the house
.....this will all blow over for us both - hang in there - prayers for you and your family.

At first, I was worried about how we were going to make it, but now its to the point where I have simply thrown up my hands and said "whatever God, whatever". With things happening one after another....i have learned that I am not in control of these situations...its "odd" because I really don't feel stressed about what is happening around me...I take each day as it comes. I am so glad to hear that your son is feeling better. I hate it when my kids feel crummy...they look so sad...and it gets too quiet around here.
