    Default Anyone have the link for free tax preparation?

    I can't find the link I used last year. It brings me to a site where I have to pay $20.00. Is it free anywhere this year? I have to do them today because yesterday I went to H&R Block in town and they guy said I would get a $44.00 refund and I would have to pay them $167.00 for tax preparation! Geesh!:surprise:

    Not familiar with any free sites but I checked online and found government information on free tax prepare.

    try tax act, its free for federal and like 9.95 for state returns (if your state has state income taxes).

    We've used it as long as we've been married and a few years prior to that as well.
