    Unhappy Community Sorrow

    Three of our Seniors were killed this afternoon in a car wreck.
    1 boy ( Ben ) his girlfriend Lynda and a friend Jessica
    They were friends of my son Kenny . Ben use to be on the wrestling team with Kenny.
    Last year we lost 4 of our kids in 2 different accidents.

    Holly~ I am so sorry to hear this! I'll pray for the families. So tragic and so young.
    How is your son doing? I feel so sad for them all.

    Kenny is doing well. Ben's step-sister was with Kenny and friends at the town park when the accident happened.
    He saw her again last night after work and said she just huged him and cried..
    He went with 2 friends last night to another friends house to hang out .
    They all needed to be together.

    You just never know. You hope that it never happens to you and your own. But this makes us realize that it's closer to home.

    My mom told me that each one of my dad's sibling (12) each lost a child who was age 19. In addition to my dad loosing a brother who was 19. Can you imagine my mom- holding her breath for each of my siblings 19th year (8 of us). Poor mom- she turned grayer every year. Gladly- my dad broke the chain.

    But a furtune teller told me "I see 2 children" HELLO!! I have 3!!! OMG!!! I'm holding my breath!

    Last year in Feb 2 boys were killed . Head on with a Semi Truck.
    The driver said the boys tried and he tried to miss but there was black ice.
    Now this year 3 Seniors.
    I hold my breath and say a prayer everytime Kenny leaves the house.
