    Default Dr Phil

Did anyone catch Dr Phil today? It was a couple and he couldnt stand the way his wife looked, thought she was gross to look at.Anyway she had been so put down by this man that she said well Im ONLY a stay at home mom and Dr Phil said being a stay at home mom is nothying to be ashamed of,he said do you know those children believe that you get up 30 mins early everyday and bring out the sunshine and wake up the world for them.I started to cry in my green beans lol I thought that was the most wonderful thing I had heard,Being a stay at home maybe it made me feel a bit better when people say oh my god you must be so bored all day alone ha ha If they only knew

I find if hillarious when people say anything about being bored or easy. It is a 24/7 job with not vacations or sick days.

I missed the show but glad I did cause I would have wanted to reach through the tv at that guy.

I am with you guys...I didn't catch it either but I would have been boo hooing at the kids thinking that. Really how true though children think their parents can do anything.

I think you can look at the transcripts on his website from his shows.

I hardly ever remember when Dr. Phil is on, but luckily I caught it yesterday. I know exactly what you mean.. when Dr. Phil asked that lady did she know that her kids believe she gets up and brings out the sunshine and all those other awesome things he said to her ( can't remember just how he said them) I about lost it too! I don't have little kids anymore except my one grandbaby but I can tell you, he really nailed what it is to be a Mother and how totally valuable that life work is.

I was disgusted by this lady's husband and how he had treated her all these years.. I did get a laugh when Dr. Phil told him the first thing he needed to do to solve his problem of critisizing her was to take off all his clothes and go look in a full length mirror ! LOL

I love Dr. Phil and did watch the show yesterday. That guy was a complete jerk, wanted his wife to have plastic surgery and she had a medical problem. I can't imagine being married to a fool.

I don't watch his show (usually too busy with other things) but I did see the previews and it made me VERY angry at the way this man was speaking of his wife!
I agree with Dr. Phil tho, being a sahm is the toughest job anyone can have...like someone else said, there are no vacation or sick days. It's a 24/7 job.
