Hello!
Seeing as I've finally posted somewhere I should introduce myself. I've been a loooooong time lurker and I've enjoyed all of the great information you all are wonderful enough to share.
I have two kiddos (ds 8 and dd 12) and a wonderful dh. We began "getting frugal" six years ago after dh was laid off of work. It was the best thing to happen to us as far as managing our money. We were never in debt (which was wonderful when the lay off came) but we were never great savers. Our frugal living that year allowed dh to go back to school and change careers all without having to worry about working for the 12 months it took to get another job. I've been a believer ever since! We've kept our habits (with the occasional slide) and we're enjoying life.
I look forward to participating on the board.
