Thumbs up *Update on binocular situation*

Well, after going a round with the Asst. Principal, I decided to go straight to the top and talk with the principal. I wrote an email to him, and gave him a few days to see it, and then my dh called him. He was totally agreeable to everything that we had asked. He did not think anything was unreasonable.
So, yesterday, ds1 picked them up in the office and I wrote out a check last night for him to hand in today. Now this matter is finally over and done with. And yes, the binoculars do have some moisture in them on the left side, but the right side is clear and you can look through it just fine. I figure we will see what we can do about drying them out.

Glad you got it resolved Traci. I'm sure it's a relief.

The Principal was a smart one, he would have had a very unhappy Mom to deal with if they weren't reasonable.

Great! Did they also give you the invoice you wanted from the new ones?

Good luck getting them dried out. Hope you can just pop a lens off or something so they will become fully functional for you.

The principal told us that they would have to wait until next year when they do all the purchasing. So, I am sure if we push the issue, we will get one. I am really just happy with getting the old ones in exchange for the check.
