chrisco hampers
I had ordered a book to look at from them. I know its ataboo word here but its not easy to put enough money away or buy enough dry goods over afew months to make uo the differnce before xmas. I wish we had the coupons like some places do, but forget it, its mostly all junk, except the odd Tide and gerber baby shampoo ones I use from P.G. Can.
Right now at this moment, I wish i could put away enough money so that a few months before xmas I could buy dry goods. I think Im going to hook my freezer back up since the electric company is ripping us off any way at $100 aonth now. Everyone else pays 20 less, but they dont wanna come out and look, the company. I'm just fed up beacuse every fall my hubby goes on EI and then we have to do with half of what were use to. So if any of u can help with ideas, Id appreciate.

Hi there..
I looked at Chrisco, but then I found a Canadian company instead. Have you heard of Santas Choice? ww.santaschoice.ca
Their product lines were less expensive, but their whole catalogue seemed friendlier. I actually ordered from them, and my hampers are arriving in 4 weeks. Can't wait!
I did look at the product mixes, and found that when I figured out babysitting, gas, time, etc, it was worth it for us.
My hampers were paid off last week, and no more payments til Christmas! Woo Hoo

Christmas Food Hampers
It's food hampers for Christmas for my family. Products range from meats, pantry items, baking, frozen, kids lunch stuff, lot's of variety!
I saw an ad for Santas Choice last year, and ordered a catalogue from their website.
I spent a lot of time looking through it, what products we used, and added up all the foods, taxes, additional costs (if I were to go get everything) and decided it was worth it.
I work, have 2 kids, and it's just hard to save money for Christmas. So, I paid for my hampers each payday, knew exactly how much I had to pay, and they are paid off 7 weeks before Christmas!
I also looked another company, talked to both a few times, and thought that Santas Choice seemed friendlier. Most of all - their prices were better!!!
