Dh took the new new Job!
The new company asked him to come in so that they could make him an offer...they offered 20% more pay with a review/raise in 3 months!!!!!
Dh is THRILLED. He composed a very nice letter complete with recomendations and handed it to his existing boss (he had ony worked there 3 days!), explained that he had recieved an offer he couldn't refuse and the job was exactly what he had been looking for....his boss was understandably surprised...
But the new company has gone out of their way to roll out the red carpet to DH, it is a very modern company that has everyone working in Engineering/technology teams and the plant is being fully automized.....
Dh will have his own office, computor as well as work area in the tooling lab...
Dh said it is so nice to feel "in demand".

That's awesome!!!
I think it's especially hard for men (more so than women) to be unemployed for a long period of time. This must be a great self-esteem booster for him.
