I put mine in a gallon jar of water with the others and use it for soft soap in both the bathroo and kitchen. In the summer, I will put them in a orphan sock to send camping. No more ucky slimy soap in the suit cases.

I folded an washcloth in half and sewed it together to make a pouch then put the left over pieces in it. When the soap was gone I just through it into the washer.

I have foam pumps. Do you think the watered down soap sliver formula would work in them?

I stick the old sliver to the new bar. It does look a little strange this week it was Irish Spring stuck to the new bar of Tone.

I keep mine in an old pickle jar till its almost full the I chop them up into small bits cook them in my biggest pot with enought water to cover with about 3 inches over. On a low heat I melt them down into a pourable pudding. Then I pour this off into old tupperware hamburger paddy molds. Put the filled molds on a large tray and store out in my garage for about 2 monthes. New round bars of soap are used to wash the dogs, take camping, use at the garden sink, etc. They have hundreds of uses.
