update on missing boy

Remember when i told u my cousins daughter and her hubby had their little boy stolen form them, she took him and didnt bring him back. Well they went to a new lawyer and he told them that the other lawyer had no right to tell them it was okay to take him off the island and to Alberta without his mothers consent even though he had full custody!!! So they dont look like their getting him back, they were suppose to see him this Sunday that past, havent heard from my cousin yet what happened and if they did get to see him at her house. Shes making the rules on her terms and so far her lawyer is suppose to be nasty and the new judge we have is all for 2 sets of parents so it doesnt look good for them. They can ask for shared custody and I think thats all they will get when it goes to court, and they want whats best for him, so theyll take it. Ill let u know what happens when I hear more.

Poor baby.......sometimes the best for the child is away from one parent..... I think Judges need to stop and think before they rule.

Thanks everyone!!! I hope they get him back, I know he wont be in astable home but the lawyer told them its not what happens before its what happens now. I told my cousin to tell them tom tape everything she says , beacuse she will catch up on her lies, and write everything down that she says and what days she gives them to her and I bet 4 months down the road if she gets joint custody , she will get sick of him, she never changes for that. She will ask them agian to keep him longer. That went on for years. They want him to be happy, they want whats best for him, and shes not ready for full time mom, but will see.

i know the judges need to read the whole file not just what is happening at the time, even though their are too many cases in the courts. But IMHO their would not be so many if they took the time to read the whole file.
