    Didn't know where else to put this. . .

    Dad needs to renew his disabled parking permit. .. it asks for a
    driver's license number, but he quit driving some time ago. . any one
    know what we do? Thanks

    You could call the DMV and explain that he is not the one doing the driving.
    When I got one for my parents, my dad did all the driving, he wasn't the one needing it. My mother never had a license. Explain this to them. They are really wonderful about this type of stuff.

    Generally they use the number for the person who's car the tag is going to be used in.
