    Smile New to this site

    I'm new to this site, but I think it is so cool! My dh and I are landlords for a rental property in Southern NM. ( He does all of the maintenance).

    Apathy has taken over and we are just financially existing, but not making any progress. There must be a better way! I've read alot of your posts and you all are most inspiring!

    I'm looking forward to learning from you all! I've even started my penny jar.
