    Default Carmen Electra Aerobic Striptease videos

    Hey, Is anyone doing the Carmen Elecrta Aerobic Striptease videos as a workout? I just found the first on in our WalMart and I've been trying to do it but some of the moves are kinda complicated to learn based on the postion of the camera.

    Anyone else?

    I don't think I could do that video with a straight face. lol I am kidding.

    I haven't even heard of these videos. My old body just doesn't move like it used to though, so I really need basic videos.

    No, I've heard of the S Factor and thought about trying it but never have.
