What are you doing this weekend?
I'm way too tired to do garage sales in the morning so I'm gonna try to sleep in......but lately I can't sleep late no matter how badly I want to.
I plan on getting my workout in both Sat. and Sun. and swimming on Saturday. I have quarterly reports to do to tomorrow as well. My desk looks like a bomb went off on it. We'll be eating at home all weekend and may have friends over tomorrow evening for a visit. Otherwise no big plans here. What about around your house this weekend, what's up?

I'm going to do housework tomorrow and then chill out the rest of the weekend. It's been a rough week at work.

chores AM and PM and lots of garden work, lots to freeze this weekend.
I also have visitors coming tomorrow, met a neighbors daughter-in-law from TX and she's bringing her girls to see the horses.
As usual BBQ'ing Sat night and cleaning the fridge for meals Sun.
Hubby might be cutting hay this weekend.

Tomorrow I work. When I get home I'll probably still have the same four loads of laundry sitting here waiting to be folded, as well as a hamper full to wash, sink full of dishes, toys all over the house, and still be expected to cook dinner.
Sunday we may go to the beach. Maybe not.

We are having company over tomorrow, so I'll be dusting and vacuuming today. Also, doing laundry. Going to visit a neighborhood garage sale, try to get in long walk in, and continue decluttering of the closets.

I've got about 5 letters I owe people to get out this am. We're having our first day of no work in 3 weeks so theres lots to do around the here. Rain will keep us from doing alot outside today. But there's still landry, dishes and mopping for the inside. Gonna make a jam tart for dessert tonight. DS and future DIL are coming over tommorrow and we're going to Bush Gardens for the day as a family. We promised DD that we'd go while school was out and she starts back on the 8th of August. She and DH have a season pass but the rest of us will have to buy tickets. Thank goodness for AAA at least we get $10.00 off per ticket. Hope the thunderstorms hold off til at least 4 or 5 tommorrow.

My DDs are gone to the mountains with their Daddy. I have a load of laundry to do, need to wash our bras and I have washed the area rugs in my bathroom (letting them dry...takes forever). I am going to clean up in my bedroom, bathroom and closet. I also want to do some crafting. Going to check my menus for next week and see if there is any slicing and dicing I can do to get ahead! DH and I may go out tonight, since he is off work and we are alone.

Got my grocery shopping done. I have a load of towels drying, finally got to wash them this morning. Its been so blazing hot that for two weeks all we could do at home is stay in the living room where the A/C is and try not to move around too much, so there's housework for me to catch up on. Will most likely do it Monday since I'm off work. We might go to Wal-Mart later or tomorrow.
“When you get to the end of all the light you know
and it's time to step into the darkness of the unknown,
faith is knowing that one of two things will happen:
you will be given something solid to stand on,
or you will be taught how to fly.” - Edward Teller
“Our Earth is degenerate in these later days;
there are signs that the world is speedily
coming to an end;
bribery and corruption are common; children no
longer obey their parents;
every man wants to write a book and the
end of the world is evidently approaching.”
— From a translation of an inscription on
an Assyrian clay tablet, circa 2800 B.C.E.
God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
courage to change the things I can,
and the wisdom to know the difference.
