    Default Yet another newbie:)

    Hi everyone! I just found your site and I'm very excited about it. I recently graduated from college and have a whole heck of a lot of loans to pay off so I'm trying to budget as best I can. I live near DC so everything is expensive...I need all the help I can get! Looking forward to learning from you all

    Howdy and to the village. My ds and ddil live in D.C. so I can completely empathize with how expensive things are, but on the upside there are so many things to do for free there.

    ~48 yr. old sahw, livin' it up in our empty nest, smack dab in the middle of everywhere.~

    Welcome aboard. Yes, D.C. is expensive my nephew just moved from D.C. to the state of Washington. He is in the Air Force and I am sure he will notice a difference in prices. Enjoy Frugal Village.
