Yet another newbie:)
Hi everyone! I just found your site and I'm very excited about it. I recently graduated from college and have a whole heck of a lot of loans to pay off so I'm trying to budget as best I can. I live near DC so everything is expensive...I need all the help I can get! Looking forward to learning from you all

Howdy and
to the village. My ds and ddil live in D.C. so I can completely empathize with how expensive things are, but on the upside there are so many things to do for free there.

Welcome to the village. Well, if you live in the D.C. area, I sure hope you have a roommate or too. It really is expensive there.

Welcome aboard. Yes, D.C. is expensive my nephew just moved from D.C. to the state of Washington. He is in the Air Force and I am sure he will notice a difference in prices. Enjoy Frugal Village.
