Been lurking about :D
Hey there, I've been lurking about for a few weeks now, I'm not sure how much I'll post, hopefully I'll get time. I'm from Manitoba (along the #1 highway with the really nice golf course Homesteadmama). My dh & I are self employed, the L/C is too high for our liking, we had to get a "new" truck this spring (blew the motor in the old one), the loan is shared with a trailer loan we have. I'm in a "fleece" for 2 more years & then we are buying the van out. We would love to semi-retire in about 10 years (more like 12 now with the truck loan). I have 2 boys that have hollow legs (12 & 16). Fortunately I love to cook, so from scratch has been a blessing. We have the tendency to eat out a little too much & frittering away $$$$. I've been fairly on task the last month or so, can still be better. With inspiration from here it's been great. Homesteadmama, I loved your start to retirement story of your dh, it was very inspiring. Well, I've unlurked, I hope I get the time to post a lot & hopefully inspire or help someone myself.
Have a fantastic day!!!!!
