supposed to be about 75 - 80 degrees here today. Sunny and beautiful, but I won't be here today. We will be leaving for Chicago in less than an hour to spend the day at the Field Museum. Woo hoo!
    have a great day everyone!

I'm in the same general vicinity as you Darlene -- I am guessing we are on about the same latitude -- I live about 15 minutes from Niagara Falls.

It is nice and cool here. I have the AC turned way up to 80 and it is still wonderful in the house. I have it left on because the other day when I turned it off and opened the windows on a lovely morning by the time I returned in the afternoon it was boiling hot in the house. Not supposed to get above 80 here today.

Our weather is finally making a turn. We are forecasted to have cooler than normal temps through Sunday. Being in the south I know it will get hot again, but trying to enjoy this. Today it is supposed to be 88, but the best part is that the dew point (humidity) is supposed to drop into the 60s. The next few nights the night temps are going to be in the 60s so I can open the windows and get rid of the stinky closed-up house smell.

    Gorgeous weather!!
I can actually sleep with a blanket on me (figured out that's what kept waking me up, I was COLD lol). Right now it's 65* at nearly 9am. High today is 80*, but the dew point and the humidity are low, so it will be a comfortable 80*.
    Beautiful sunny, blue sky day.

It's been beautiful here the past few days and it looks like another good one today. Right now it's 71 and sunny with low humidity. It's supposed to top out at 83 later today.

I am happy that my friends on the east coast are having nice weather . If you get tired of those beautiful days could you send some of your cooler weather to hot drought stricken north Texas .

We are at our 17th day in a row of triple digit temps. We are suppose to hit 105º today. It is 9:00am and it already in the low 90s. I am so sick and tired of extreme heat. I want fall to get here now!!!!

A beautiful day here also. I woke up at 6 am and it was 65 outside! I quickly shut off the ac and opened all the windows! While the kids were eating breakfast at 9 am they said they were cold, lol!

Here in the SE Corner of the Land of Enchantment (NM) it will be another 98 day. We are the only place in NM that hasn't had rain from the monsoons. However, everyone else in NM has had too much so I'll be grateful for the wonderful sun (and central air that I dont have to pay for).

Have a wonderful day to all of you. Y'all keep me most inspired!
