    Default Prayer Request

    Prayer request for my niece. My niece is 25, her twin boys are 13 months old. Last week she was admitted to the hospital because she had Viral Meningitis. She said she had never had a headache that hurt so bad. That was her main symptom. They did a spinal tap to verify that. They decided to do an CT scan to double check & see if she might have other problems with her head, since the headache was so severe.

    They found a place about 2x2 covering on the outside of her brain. There not sure what it is. She is going to have surgery Fri. morning to have it took out. The doctor said that most doctors would just go in & do a biopsy & send it off. He said since he was in there he prefers to just take it out, since it has to come out anyway.

    She is scared to death. I wish that I could be there, but we live about 8 hours away, and can’t. I told her I would request prayer for her on a few of the websites that I go to.

    I've had viral menningitis and I can soooo empathize with the horrible headache. I hope that what they've found is just part of that.

    so sorry to hear the bad news. that prayer request really touches me because i'm only 27 & that could be me!!!! i will keep her in my thoughts & prayers & i will put her on a prayer chain through some friends of mine too. please keep us posted........god is watching over her!!!!!
