    Default Geez. . .these hot flashes. . .

    are getting to be a drag. I don't have them that often but when I do. . whew!! I was at work today and had a BAD hot flash. My hair was actually dripping sweat onto my shirt. The girl I was working with (she's in her early 30's) looked over at me and practically screamed when she saw my hair. I told her that it was a hot flash and she says, "so that's why your hair is so wet? It looks like you just got out of the shower". I told her to just wait. . her day was coming. . lol.

    Aww. Big hug & know my day is coming. I'm 45 and the heat does me in already without the hot flashes. Not looking forward to it but don't mind growing older.

    I seem to get them in the early am like 5am or the late evening like 11pm. DH will be laying next to me all curled up and suddenly push away going" oohhh yuck!" Like I should be able to warn him or something. hahaha Then he usually says "Don't you want a shower or something?"

    Gotta love them.

    Oh I hate them......... I can be in a buliding with air and my hair would be soaking wet........... I wish it would end

    my soya milk i love it, and i wouldnt go without my mini hand held fan i got from dollar store. Its a life saver when u need it immeadetly.
