Loving The Blogs
I just wanted to post a quick post about how much I am enjoying villageblogger.com Sara's blogging site. It's so nice to be able to just generally "talk" away without needing a category for my thoughts, and I've been enjoying reading other member blogs and getting to know them better. I've already discovered many things I didn't know about them.
That's really it...just wanted to

aww thanks Amy. I'm having fun with it too. My mini goal is 100 happy bloggers.
It's a wonderful method of self-expression. Each blogger has a unique voice. It's similar to posting to forums as far as ease, interaction, and sense of community. It's all about connecting. It's also a lot about self-discovery.
The difference between forums and blogging is posting to forums is geared toward and for others and blogging is for YOU. Blogs are more personality driven and oriented because on forums the site owner guides the discussions into categories. On blogs, you are the blog owner so the blog is what you want it to be. It's your voice to yourself and others that you choose.
Think of it as a history of your own thinking. A snapshot of a series of given moments and thoughts during those moments. If you'd like to help support Frugal Living by Sara Noel, my syndicated column, e-mail, write, or call the managing editor at your local newspaper and ask them to publish it in print or online. I'm loving the blogs, too.

Just like Amy said, it's neat to read other's blogs and learn more about them.
I'm really enjoying my own blog, too. It's a way for me to keep track of what I'm working on, journal it, and share it with anyone who might be interested in reading it. Mine happens to be about my decluttering. It makes me feel good to see what I've accomplished. I realize there's not a huge audience of people wanting to know what I've thrown out on any given day, but that's OK.
Thanks for creating this great space, Sara and Gabe!

It's always interesting to read what others are thinking and doing. I have thought about blogging before, but never seem to have that much to say.

I am loving the blogs also. It is a great way to journal. I am more apt to journal online than to remember to get my journal and write it down daily. I am really enjoying reading all the blogs, we have such a wonderful group of members here. It is like having tea or coffee with a great group of friends each day.
I just love this place, Sara and Gabe have made this such an incredible home on the net for us and we have the absolute best members of any site. Thanks for all you do for us Sara and Gabe.
