    Default I'm back!

    Howdy everyone. We've had a nightmare with our internet. We have used Qwest for all our phone and DSL. No big deal. Until they shut us off. Couldn't figure out why. We made our pmts and everything as usual. They were saying we were behind 3 months on our DSL payments. But miraculously we are ahead that same exact amount in our phone line. Gee how could that be? 8 years with the same company and now they decide they can't split a check. To make matters worse they wanted us to pay a reinstatement fee for our internet service. So I told em to stick it where the sun don't shine. I am now using cable internet service, and will be switching away our phone to Vonage.

    Anyhow, I am back online now and have a bunch of things to catch up on.

    LOL, they asked what they could do tokeep me as a customer. I told them they could start by turning my internet back on. They couldn't do it so I am moving on. It's too bad really. After 8 years they get weird and snarky.

    But it's ok for us. We found a great alternative.
