In Case I've been missed.
Just a note to let you all know I'm ok, just really busy.
I'm so tired of ebaying but it's my only way to fix our fianancial mess.
I've listed about 70 items over the last few weeks and sold about 55 of them so its a really good turn around. I've made about $1000 and thats good because it's catching me up at the bank and some bills. No frills. No fun. Just paying bills. But...atleast it's paying bills!
I've lots more work to do on ebay so it will probably be a while before I'm back and not all stressed about bills and money all the time. To add to this drama, I'M ON DIAL UP! It's killin me! Ds can be on the phone with me (in another town) and be at work on the computer and view nearly 17 pages before I can view '2' ! So, it takes me so very long to do anything.
I'm really happy with my sales and I pray they keep going good. Only have 7 or so items up right now but have spent the last 3 or 4 days wraping and packing stuff already paid for so guess it all takes time. Did anyone mention the 500 emails that are sent or that I need to send? Sheesh! It's a full time job and I'm trying so hard not to extend it into the evening hours but most days it does.
I just miss you all so much and I know I'm missing out on so much too. I hope to keep this momentum up atleast a couple of more months. I'll not only delcutter but make money too.
I'm sorry for all I've missed the last few weeks. I want you all to know that I've had you on my mind and I hope to be back full-time soon.
Hugs to all my FV Sisters. Carolyn"Success on any major scale requires you to accept responsibity."

My last ebay purchase was a Kubota B8200 4WD tractor. We have a big tractor, but needed a small one to bush hog in between and around the big live oaks here on the property. Got a great deal on it, and it runs like a top. I've also picked up some old serving dishes, but my favorite is an old, large (holds 24) deviled egg plate. It has a nesting hen in the middle and you lift her off the nest and you can put pickles, olives, or whatever in the nest, LOL. I collect deviled egg plates and anything chicken.
Sounds like you are doing well with ebay, even though it does sound like alot of work. At least you're able to work from home. I do know how slow dial-up is, cause we have it here while in the camper, and imagine it would be hard to "work" with it.
Take care sweetie, and know that you are missed very much, and also prays coming your way for more ebay sales!

I hope that you continue doing well on ebay. I can only imagine how hard it must be to do all that on dial-up.
and hope you can check in soon.

Oh my gosh! All of these replys! I'm overwhelmed! Thank you all so much for thinking of me and sending me good wishes! Hugs to you all!
Ebay is still slow going but I'm up to about $35.00 now and out of over 60 sales I only have one non-paying bidding so I think that is good.
I ventured into dumpster diving last week when I was searching for a 24"x36" box and glory be, I found one! I also found a Craftsman quick drill bit set for dh and 2 more books to sell along with some trading cards that might sell. I haven't dumpster dived for over 8 years when I lived in Missouri and used to hit the dumsters at the sewing factories. I got so much fabric and lining there! Anyway, it has been a busy week. I still volunteer at the food bank 2 days a week and I'm trying to keep the house presentable and still do my merchandising job on Wednesdays at Walmart. I'm just so busy.
Take care and lots of love to you all........Carolyn
