I know it's only Wednesday, but thought I would post a reminder.

Woohoo! Sorry to those who don't like it but it's one of my fav things. Jammies go on earlier, so relaxing.
Thanks for the reminder Carolyn.

Don't forget to change the batteries in your smoke detectors as well

Great point, thanks!
I love the time change too. This means hubby comes inside early and we can eat dinner at the proper time and I can get the kitchen chores behind me and relax. Now I know I could let him eat later, when he comes in, but I have a rule that we all eat at the table together.

I don't like it when it gets dark early either. We were just discussing this at work, yesterday. Set the clock back, change the batteries in the smoke detectors and get new toothbrushes!

Thanks for the remind.
I remember a few years ago, our family was having a large dinner at red lobster. We were all there except for my brother and his family ??? He is always late but time started going by and then we started really getting worried. Well here he comes an hour and 15 minutes late, he doesn't say anything and gives hugs to everyone and my dad is mad. Hey Guy what time did we say? Dad I'm only a few minutes late and dad looks at his watch and then it finally hits us....He had no idea, they had forgot to set the clocks.

Change the batteries in your emergency radio and flashlight too-- you know the one that you've stored just in case.

I work nights so it is just the opposite for me. I get that extra hour in the spring
. I am glad that the time is changing though, I don't feel like I am missing anything when I leave for work in the dark and come home in the dark, I dont' feel like I missed any of the "day" . In the summer, it is still bright and sunny and DH is still outside doing chores and I am leaving for work so it feels like I am missing something, like evening relaxing on the deck with a nice glass of wine or cup of coffee.

Thanks for the reminder. I have to say I like it when it gets dark earlier. I also get in my jammies earlier, burn candles every night, and it feels cozy to me!!
