Hi There!
How did you hear about frugal village? I came across it while doing a search on Google.
What interests you here? What doesn't? lol Good grief my family is in need of a change in our spending habits. I'm a saver and my husband is one of those who if there's a nickel in his pocket there must be something to spend it on. We've got a fairly large amount of debt to pay off and I would just rather be living a much more stress free life not worrying so much about money all the time.
Do you know any other members here? No
How many kids? Ages? I am mom to four...ages 5,5,4,2 and have two bonus kids ages 7 and 8.
Do you own any pets? We have three cats, one rabbit, three ducks, four chickens, two pigeons and a goat. We did have a horse but she just passed away a few days ago. It was really a shock and my poor daughter was heart broken.
We are hoping to find a new one this spring for her as well as a couple of new rabbits and goats.
SAHM or Working mom? I am a work at home mom.
Married or single? Married for almost seven years.
Interests and hobbies? A homestead lifestyle (getting there slowly but surely), gardening, soapmaking, spinning, cross stitch, reading (I adore J.R.R. Tolkein and Anne Rice), movies, musics, animals.
Happy to be here and I look forward to gettting to know everyone.
Kate

Hi and Welcome. My hubby and I have raised 5 wonderful kids. We are expecting grandbaby #7 this Nov. It's a little girl, so makes it 4 girls and 3 boys! I'm the spend thrift here. My hubby can make do with anything or make anything do. I'm still asahm. He likes me here and so do I. He works at factory job. We love the idea of homesteading, maybe we'll get there by the time he retires. We have started the garden thing and he is a hunter, We have a deer in our freezer for this season already. My daughter told me about this site. She is so good with money. Funny how she is teaching me. I have alot of dept to pay off. I don't use the credit card anymore. My hubby has one just in case we need it. We have three cats. We like to ride bikes and my hubby is a surfer.Nice getting to know you. Enjoy the Village!
