I had to work last night and DH did not get home until after the trick or treaters were all finished so we did do candy at all this year. We usually have just about every kid in town trick or treating at our house but we moved further out in the country so not many come this far out.

I agree with missing the kids coming around. My DW and I went out for a walk around the neighborhood about 8 o'clock and most of the houses had their porsh lights on so it wasn't that, maybe their was something going on that I hadn't heard about because their are a lot of kids in the neighborhood.
Life may not be the party we hoped for, but while we are here we might as well dance.

I didn't get home till 7:30 and my husband said no a single knock at the door.
We usually only have a few maybe around 10-15, not this year. The weather was cold and it was very windy last night, that might have something to do with it.

I had 55 here. Last year it was only 35. When the weather is foul we get a lot less. It seemed to be either teens or very little ones and few in-between.

We had about 15 or so. We usually get alot more but DH had to work late and I had the boys out so no one was at the house between 6:15 and 6:45 when DH got home and then it got pretty rainy about 7:30ish
