Although I don't wear my pj's all day I used to be guilty of the sweats & flannel shirt. I've been doing better lately and it reallyt does boost your mood when you take taime to care for yourself. It'll give you a spring in your step & don't forget to smile at yourself as you walk by a mirror.
You are worth it, so go for it!~*Darlene*~

Ever since I finished school, I have not worn make-up as a rule - only a handful of times a year. I normally stay in whatever I slept in or just some comfy sweats after my shower. I opt for comfort over looking good for the computer screen and the vacuum cleaner - lol. I allow the kids to stay comfy as well. DH has enough laundry to do w/o us adding more to it.

I have my days where I stay in my pjs but most days I do get dressed in jeans and a shirt. I don't put makeup on unless we go somewhere though.

I get dressed every day--nothing fancy--just jeans and a shirt or sweater. Although I'm a SAHM, it's pretty rare that I'm in the house all day. We are always playing outside or just out and about so I couldn't wear my p.j.'s. I've gotten away from the sweats unless it's extremely cold out. I just feel better and more motivated when I'm dressed.
I don't wear make-up all the time, but I do moisturize everyday (my face).Mom to two crazy boys

I have been guilty of the sweats and t-shirt thing in the past and will have the occaissionally day of it now. For the most part I get dressed and do my hair and makeup every day but usually one on the weekend I'll take off from makeup. I don't really like for my dh to see me day after day without fixing myself up a bit.

I'm a SAHW (empty nester) but...ummm...I get showered, dressed (jeans, sweater, etc) and do hair and make up every day. I just can't stand to look icky (believe me...me without makeup=icky!) I just do basic foundation, blush mascara, but it makes a difference in the way I feel. And I always freshen up before dh comes home
I've suffered from serious self esteam issues most of my life, so this is important to me.
Believe it or not, a few weeks ago I saw a women in the grocery store...in her pajamas!! Not sweats....or flannel pants, full two piece pajamas. Not at 6:00Am....or to pick up two things...a cart full @ 10:00AM. I try not to judge...but WHAT was she thinking???

I don't wear anything "special" either. Some days it's nice looking sweat type pants and a tshirt or jeans.
I wear minimal makeup, usually just face powder and lip gloss. If I go out, I may put some mascara and blush on.

I get dressed every day. Usually jeans & simple shirt (nicer t-shirt or button up shirt). Earlier in my pregnancy I had a few days where I stayed in p.j's but that's the exception, not the rule.
If I go "out" (store, library, etc.) I put on a tiny bit of make-up.

I get dressed every day. If I don't it is guranteed someone will stop by. Guranteed. So I am up the kids and I are dressed. I feel more like working and schooling if I am dressed and set to go.

You know what I like that is waaaaaaaay better then sweats and a old beater t-shirt and just as comfy but at the same time pulled together? WHEW!
The terry/velor(sp?) jogging sets! Our walmart has them all year round usually in their exercise section. I also wear a yoga type pant out of the sweat material but they are cut in a shape that at least you will not look like a block of chesse no matter what your shape is! Let me tell ya Iam not no skinny minnie!
I usually wear jeans and a tshirt but if I feel like being more comfortable I wear the yoga type pant, tshirt, something over(if cold) I pull my hair back in a cute barrette, a little makeup, takes me 5 mins serious, if no time for eye make up I wear a pair of those big sunglaases and I feel like freakin....... Angelina Jolie!!!LOL!!!!
Thats all

Sweats when the weather is cold, jeans and T-shirt (or usually nekkid as a jaybird...OK a bra-wearing jaybird, bra-less is not an option with my jugs) when it's warm.
I live so far out in the sticks that only DH and the critters see me. If I'm going into town I at least spruce up a bit, lipstick, lipgloss and mascara and actually put on some clothes for summer shopping.
DH is pretty much nekkid or in sweats for at home. Being home-nudists has the advantage of stopping drop-in-uninvited-company. If someone's rude enough to show up uninvited, unexpected and unannounced, well we're rude enough to open the front door bare@$$ed.
