Arrow 100 plus stitches and 2 hours in the emergency room

A friend and I had gone out for coffee at the local restaurant here in town. I hadn't sat down for a couple mins. when they called me to the phone. It was dh telling me to come home and get him to emergency right away. He had cut 3 fingers on his left hand with the table saw. When I got home, there was blood everywhere.

We spent 2 hours in emergency and 100 plus stitches later, he is now home in a whole lot of pain. Fortunately he cut no tendons, the roads were clear (it's a 25 min. ride to the hospital) and he didn't cut his fingers off. He said had the blade of the saw been a 1/4 inch higher, he would have cut off all 3!!!

Wow! I'm happy to hear that it wasn't worse (even though it's bad enough as it is). Hope he gets better quickly and the pain eases up soon.
