    Default doing a count down

    I am really getting excited......... Wensday is just around the corner My girl Tracy has it all planed out..... Even where the nearest hospital is. Her husband is so afraid I won't come.... I'm packing now. I'm coming. There is only one thing I am scared about. Its been 30 years since I flew last. I'm scared of heights..lol I will not let that stop me froml get on that plane

    Good for you!! Have a wonderful time with your DD & SIL. Don't worry about flying. Introduce yourself to the people you are sitting by and just visit with them. Take a good book or a magazine you like and think of the fun adventure you are going on! Have a wonderful Thanksgiving!!!

    I'm petrified of flying too, but one time the people I worked for took me to Atlantic City all expenses paid, except for gambling money. The only condition was I had to get on a plane! Well, I did, reluctantly and it wasn't bad at all. I actually enjoyed it!!! You'll be ok!

    You'll have a great time! I find when I'm flying, time goes by quickly if I keep myself busy. Just keep a good book with you, and by the time you are finished your beverage and snack, you'll be ready to land!

    enjoy your whole trip Fern, think of the plane trip as an adventure. Look at the flight as being relax time, enjoy a good book, puzzle games, or maybe do some frugal planning: meal plans, time management ideas, ect. Enjoy yourself, you deserve it !

    Have fun and fly safe. I love to fly and I am afraid of heights too. But there is something about gliding thru the air that excites me. Be sure and let us all know how everything goes...Blessings..Kathy

    Fern, I know how you feel. I'm so scared of flying my son calls me Mr. T, LOL. I get air sick so I just close my eyes and relax and think about what awaits me once I get there and I do fine. You will too GF.

    Will say a little prayer for you to help with your flying jitters. Have a wonderful time and send us a post if you can while there to let us in on all the fun you're having.
