Finally surgery is over for dh
He had surgery yesterday at 2:30 p.m. and was at our friend's place at 8:00 p.m. Instead of one tendon being cut, two were. He will now have a splint for 3 weeks, be off work for a month and needs to go back to Winnipeg in 3 weeks to make sure everything is going well.
Thanks for all your good thoughts and prayers.

Praying also for a speedy and uncomplicated recovery.
Will he have to have therapy? A guy at our church cut tendons in three of his fingers at work. He had surgery too and also had to undergo therapy.

This type of thing happened to my dh's index finger and he has pretty good use of it. It does get extra cold in the winter so he has several sets of gloves to wear. Goodness, what an ordeal for you all.

I'm so glad it is all over for you, no more worrying and wondering. I hope your DH recovers quickly and is back to using his hand in no time.
