    Default How Did Santa Arrive in Your Town?

    Here in our little shrimping community, Santa comes to town on a shrimp boat with Rudolph (fake deer w/red clown nose) leading the way at the front of the boat. It's too cute and the kids love it.

    Nothing special here, Santa comes in with the Santa Clause parade. DS got to have breakfast with Santa last Saturday, he was thrilled!

    santa goes up and down the streets in an old time train engine here the week before christmas. he has lights and LOUD sirens and hands out bags of candy to all the kids that meet him at the street. we wait till we hear all the neighborhood dogs howling at the sirens, then we know hes getting close.

    He comes in our parade (which is mostly cars/tractors/vans/ with Christmas lights on them). The shrimp boat ideas is very neat!!!

    In my home town the only way in or out was a 3hr boat ride or a 15min helicopter ride. Santa always used the helicopter.
