    Default Hi From Texas

    Hi everyone! I am Libby. I am a wife, mom, step mom, step grand mother, pet owner, teacher, and on. I live outside Fort Worth Texas. My dh and I met on a blind date and 12 days later he asked me to marry him. We've been together almost 15 years.

    I have 3 grown step daughters that have given me 6 grandchildren, one 20 year old step son that lives with my husband and me and one biological son that is 10. He was born with a congenital heart defect and has had 4 heart surgeries and numerous heart procedures. My son is doing wonderfully and is basically a normal 4th grader! He is truly a miracle! We went through many round of fertility treatments and lost several babies before he arrived.

    I am employed full time as a junior high school technology teacher. I love junior high and technology so I have my dream job! Everyday is different and fun!

    We have 4 dogs and 2 cats. One of the dogs is a pug and I am a pug lover!

    I used to be a member of another frugal group, changed computers lost track, not giving up my frugal ways though. I found this site tonight quite by accident.

    I use coupons to stock up, keep a fully loaded pantry and full freezers. I love cooking and baking and one of my family's very favorite cookies is from a recipe I received from a frugal board. I'll have to share it! I cook from scratch a lot. I was the only mom in first grade that new how to make cornbread dressing when my son was a first grader!

    My workmates are always asking me for tips and I love saving money!
