    Congratulations!

    “Our Earth is degenerate in these later days;
    there are signs that the world is speedily
    coming to an end;
    bribery and corruption are common; children no
    longer obey their parents;
    every man wants to write a book and the
    end of the world is evidently approaching.”

    courage to change the things I can,

    I'm so happy for you..As far as I know it's suppose to be retroactive..at least I know it is here in NY State..It took my mom 4yrs to finally get approved for it..so I know how hard it is..But your poor family trying for 7yrs to get your daughter approved is terrible..Any way I'm glad you don't have to wait any longer...

    Wow that's great, guess your fighting paid off, I am pretty sure you are entitled to retroactive too, here in PA it's 3 years or up until the day you applied whichever is nearer. Congrats!
