He deserves it!
Have the camera ready and take pic's of when he opens that present. The look on his face will be priceless!
You're a good Mom (and Dad). No need to confess. Us frugal folks cut back in some areas so we can splurge in others.
    Happy Holidays to you!
    Well said--I completely agree

Please don't feel bad about spending the extra $$ on your son. I would have done the same thing. Especially after the way he took the news when you told him he wouldn't receive it. This will be a Christmas that he will never forget, and that's worth all the $$ in the world. And, LOL, I bet you and dh can hardly wait till Christmas morning yourselves to see the look of happiness and surprise on his face.

I'm wishing now that I could be there Christmas morning to see his joy, LOL!

    I love surprises!!!

    Merry Christmas!

It reminds me of when my girls were little and we bought our first Nintendo.
DH and I played with it for two weeks every night before Christmas, when the kids went to bed. We felt like criminals. Now my grown children think this is so funny because come to find out my DD's boyfriends parents did the same thing when he was little.

Your son is going to be so happy at Christmas.
Life may not be the party we hoped for, but while we are here we might as well dance.

Glad you were able to get one. I am still hoping to find one in the stores before Christmas. I just can't spend that much money on one.
