Saturday in the park

Anyone else remember that song?

What's everyone up to? It's supposed to be a pretty day here today but then we're expecting cold and maybe snow in the next few days. We have a few things to do today around here and Gripey's home to help me

~put up the Christmas tree
~put out other Christmas decorations
~clean living room/dining room and maybe kitchen
~thaw out turkey
~thaw out chicken breasts for dinner (maybe we might go out instead)
~make my shopping list for Christmas dinner and next week
~do the stain removal Biz soak on a linen table cloth and a white sweatshirt I bought at the thriftstore the other day
~wash a load of denimn

I think that's about it for us today... . Can't wait to get it all done.

~I'm the worst person to ask about songs. Unless it was sung in the fifties or on a Disney movie I'm usually lost!

Today I need to;
~wash diapers
~go buy a certain present for Ro's b-day and do some other errands
~get out of my pj's lol!
~make pepperoni bread
~make shortbread cookies

I got back from my exam a little while ago, now I'm waiting for dd's dad to come pick her up so I can have a nap (was up with a very upset mil until five this morning..oi!)

After I get a little sleep I'm going to go Christmas shopping with mil, and then hopefully get some gifts I'm sewing for dd atleast started while she's out of the house.
And if I'm feeling extra motivated, maybe do a load of laundry. But I'm soooo tired!

Regardless, I have to get some of the shopping done this weekend, as I've only bought one gift (for dd) and there's no way in heck I'm going to go into stores next weekend.

It's a dreary day around here. DH and I aren't doing a darn thing. We've both been sitting at our PC's all morning. I'll probably watch some movies & read a few magazines this afternoon. It's gonna be a lazy day here today

Getting some housework done today. I've really fallen behind on my household chores these past couple of weeks. DD just stopped in and invited us to her house for dinner tonight--yeah! I don't have to cook.

Well, I'm working today til about 4:00, then I'll go home and let the dogs out to get some fresh air since it's nice here today. I have to clean up my kitchen, do some laundry, pack up presents to mail out, then it's early to bed for me.

Hi, everyone! So far, I have loaded & ran the dishwasher & done 2 loads of laundry. I am heading out to CVS, RiteAid, Target, & Meijer shortly to get some free stuff with coupons. Hope everyone has a great weekend!
