I hope you find out what's wrong with her, and that she gets better soon. When you said she was pale, the first thing that came to my mind was anemia, but I'm sure the doctor will get to the bottom of it on Wednesday. Good luck with everything!

Yeah sounds like low iron or mono. I have both in my family.

I was gonna say that I had a bad case of mono when I was her age. It took all the sap outta my bones. I hope she gets some help from the dr.

Mono can zap the life right out of a kid! I had it then caught viral pneumonia right after dh and I got married. It's no fun. I hope you find an answer for her and she's better by christmas!

I know how much it worries us moms when our kids are sick. I will be saying prayers for her that the doctor finds out what it is and that she has a quick recovery.

Prayers being said for your dd. My oldest dd caught mono when she was 15 and it totally zapped her. I contracted it when I was 30 and thought I was gonna die, but they say it's worse on you the older you are. Seems that myself and around 70 other people contracted it from a restaurant in a mall where one of the cook staff handling the food had it. A simple blood test will pick it up and with treatment, she will be feeling better in no time.
