    Default It never stops grrrrrr

    I finily get SSI for MY 12 year old DD and today I find out out food stamps are cut to 151. they where 400 at one time then went down to 261 now that she gets her SSi they 151 .that up stes me I finily get the money to Help with her and now I have to spend it on food for her. How is that Helping her.

    Well, at least it's something, right? Maybe you could visit a food pantry if you find you're not able to get all the food you need?

    I was thinking the same thing - do you have a local church that has a food pantry? -- they can usually help you out with many non-perishable items

    The pantry might help, we just got help for my mil; very fixed income and she got alot of groceries for one person. Can only get help once a month from them, but every little bit help right?

    well at least they didn't cut your food stamps completely, $151 is better than nothing........i would love to receive food stamps!!!
